OUR STORY BEGINS HERE
Nottam Faber was founded in 2023 by Colin Schiewe, a third generation executive of the aerospace metal finishing and testing industry. By combining the legacy knowledge and long-standing relationships from previous generations and recognizing great potential for future progress, Nottam Faber was born.
The mission now is to push the industry in a new direction. Through diversity of people, thought and experience, Nottam Faber will re-examine what it means to lead in our space and set the industry benchmark. We will offer our customers adaptive and scalable processing capabilities and a concierge level of service. We will offer our employees autonomy, dynamic growth opportunities and a comprehensive set of resources so ideas can be nourished and executed, not suppressed.
